How will campers be divided?
Campers in grades 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 will work together. Players will be then be broken out by position for small group instruction. Our goal is to match 10 to 12 campers per coach in order to maximize the individualized attention.
What should my son bring?
Our camp is no contact, so no helmets or shoulder pads will be needed. Campers should wear comfortable shorts and a pair of cleats. Water will be provided, and the sport beverages and snacks will be available for purchase at the camp.
When should my son arrive?
We ask that campers arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the Saturday session which starts at 1 PM. For Sunday, it is only necessary to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the sessions. Camp will operate on Saturday from 1 PM to 5 PM, and on Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Does he need to bring a snack?
No, we will provide a snack for all campers both days.
Are parents allowed to watch camp?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch any or all portions of the camp from the stands. Sunday promises to be an exciting day. Camp will conclude with an awards ceremony for campers recognizing outstanding individual performances followed by a Question and Answer session with all of the coaches. This has been a popular feature in previous years, so come with good questions!
What happens if my son gets injured while at camp?
Our camp is staffed with licensed sports trainers who will be on hand for the entire camp to make sure your son receives the proper attention and treatment for any injury that may occur. Safety is a priority of our camp. Per our Liability Waiver, the Jamie Silva Football Camp holds no liability.
When is full payment for camp due?
Full payment is due with your application. Please mail all checks to: Jamie Silva Camp, LLC., 79 Arnold St, Riverside, RI 02915
